Not everything goes smoothly and I feel like how a business responds in those situations reveals more than when everything goes to plan. There was a concerning sound I needed diagnosed (sent a video of it to a family member who is a mechanic in BC and he couldn’t figure it out without looking at it) so came here. Quick review they thought it was one thing, but by the time they dug into it, ended up being a bit worse than anticipated. They were straight up about it rather than just replacing the original diagnosed part and me having to go back again. There was a miscommunication with billing just because different hands were on it over the holidays. I believe a 4 wheel alignment charged over a 2 wheel by accident(alot of other shops always just charge the 4 wheel), but they brought it up to me first and resolved it right away. Extremely satisfied with the interactions with everyone there and how everything was dealt with. Would absolutely recommend and use them again.
