Excellent service, they treated me very well, since I arrived I was well received by Nimer Baker and his son Jay Baker, we checked the vehicle both outside and inside and they showed me its characteristics in detail, they took the time to take me to test it and test the different driving modes of the vehicle among other things. I really recommend them 100%, they made me feel like family to the point that they gave me an ultimate automotive protection for the next 6 months totally included in the sale price. Trust them they have outstanding service from start to finish, they truly care about the well-being of their clients.

Amazing service, could not be happier. My 10 year old Honda was in need of some work. The dealership wanted an insane amount, so I brought my vehicle here for a second opinion. Jay and team were fantastic, they reviewed the work order, looked at the car, and explained what needed to be done and why. The final bill was about 40% less than Honda, and service was great. I will be bringing my vehicle back here for further service in the future.

I was very pleased with the service I received at this shop. They were respectful, honest and kept me up to speed throughout the day on the status of the diagnostics and repairs. I brought my Jeep here for a second opinion, after being told by another shop that my A/C condenser was busted and I would need to spend a huge amount of money to have it replaced. I am glad I did it, as it turned out that there was nothing wrong with the condenser. Canadian Auto identified the actual issue and fixed it at a fraction of the cost that I would have had to pay for a new condenser. Will be coming back here for any future repairs.

Have to say this is easily my favourite mechanic shop in or around the city. They’ve solved all the tough mechanical problems my car has, that no other mechanic shop was able to figure out. They’ll continue to work after they closed for the day to ensure they solve your car problems in a timely manner. All the mechanics here are super knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I recommend this shop to all my friends and family because I know they’ll be taken care of here.

Not everything goes smoothly and I feel like how a business responds in those situations reveals more than when everything goes to plan. There was a concerning sound I needed diagnosed (sent a video of it to a family member who is a mechanic in BC and he couldn't figure it out without looking at it) so came here. Quick review they thought it was one thing, but by the time they dug into it, ended up being a bit worse than anticipated. They were straight up about it rather than just replacing the original diagnosed part and me having to go back again. There was a miscommunication with billing just because different hands were on it over the holidays. I believe a 4 wheel alignment charged over a 2 wheel by accident(alot of other shops always just charge the 4 wheel), but they brought it up to me first and resolved it right away. Extremely satisfied with the interactions with everyone there and how everything was dealt with. Would absolutely recommend and use them again.

I brought in my Tacoma for a winter tire mount, balance and install; Jay and his staff we're more than accommodating while completing the swap in a timely manner!
