Additional Information
To participate in the referral program, you must complete and submit the official referral form available on our website, including accurate contact information for the individual or business you wish to refer.
Upon submission, Canadian Auto NAPA will assume full responsibility for contacting the referred party. No further action is required from you.
If the referred individual or business completes a qualifying transaction for any eligible product or service offered under this program, and such transaction is finalized, you may become eligible to receive a referral fee in accordance with the terms outlined below.
Referral fees apply regardless of whether the transaction is completed via cash purchase, financing, leasing, or other approved payment methods.
Referral Program Terms & Conditions (Disclaimer)
- Pre-Existing Contact Exclusion:
A referral will only be considered valid if the referral form is submitted prior to any direct or indirect contact between the referred party and Canadian Auto NAPA, its employees, representatives, or affiliates. This includes, but is not limited to, contact through AutoTrader, Kijiji, CarGurus, phone, email, in-person visits, or any other communication channel. - New Customer Requirement:
Referral fees are only payable for new customers. Individuals or businesses who have previously engaged in transactions, inquiries, or communications with Canadian Auto NAPA are not eligible. - Eligibility & Approval:
All referrals are subject to review and approval by Canadian Auto NAPA. The company reserves the sole and absolute right to determine eligibility and may decline any referral that, in its judgment, does not comply with the intent or terms of the program. - Anti-Abuse Clause:
Canadian Auto NAPA reserves the right to reject referrals and withhold payment where there is evidence of manipulation, abuse, misrepresentation, or attempts to circumvent program rules. - Transaction Completion Requirement:
The referred party must complete a qualifying transaction and take delivery (if applicable) within 60 days of the referral submission date for the referral to remain valid. - Payment of Referral Fees:
Approved referral fees will be issued within 7 days following the full completion of the qualifying transaction, including payment and delivery. - No Retroactive Claims:
Referral fees will not be paid for submissions made after a transaction has been initiated, completed, or where prior contact has already occurred. - Program Modifications:
Canadian Auto NAPA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program, including its terms, conditions, and payout structure, at any time without prior notice. - Limitation of Liability:
Canadian Auto NAPA shall not be liable for any delays, errors, or omissions in referral submissions, nor for any indirect or consequential losses related to participation in the program.
